A Day in the Park

I love it when I have repeat clients! It is always so fun to see the kids again and how much they have grown since the last session. Im sure you remember Rylan and the Dodson Family who's story has captured so many hearts, well I met up with them for some Christmas pictures and was amazed at the progress Rylan has made in a short period of time. First he is walking, and going full speed at that. And he can now be without his vent for a few hours at a time which is huge. Giving him freedom from the machine he really is a typical two year old. There is nothing this boy cant do, and I am sure a big part of his motivation is his big brother Brayden. I first met the Dodson family at The Dojo, Brayden made such an impression with me. He is so mature and down to earth, he is a natural leader and a good role model for kids. Such sweet brothers, I love photographing this family!

Seeing Double, Dacula GA

Im sure most of you know by now I have a soft spot for boys. And what could be better then one cute blonde two year old? Yes I am talking about the Wolf brothers. I was so excited when Melissa asked if we can do pictures while they were in town. My mind started racing of things to do with two sweet boys, and I came up with a Christmas tree and vintage airplanes. I knew going into this it would either work or not and thats the fun thing about two year olds you really cant plan anything. The boys of course loved the airplanes, and were really excited about eating the orniments. They also really liked the bike that was nearby, the tree not so much. We went for a little walk and they got to play on the playground, and when all else failed we just tipped them upside down to get some giggles. While I didnt get a lot of brother love shots I really love the pictures I got.
I love these two!

Dylan and Jack

What is better then becoming a big brother or sister? I got to spend the morning with these sweet brothers, Dylan and Jack. Dylan was so excited to give me a tour of his house and show me all of the Christmas decorations and then introduce me to his baby brother. He showed me how he could make him smile with just a kiss, and how good he could hold him. It was so precious to see these two together. And Jack, I could have just sat there and looked at him all day such a cutie! He is really lucky to have such a good big brother.

Sisters

What beautiful girls. The Connell girls were so much fun to photograph; they both had amazing eyes and smiles. Lauren who is 6 loves to pose for the camera and I was glad to get some shots of her natural laugh and smile. Meggan is such a sweet girl with the best expressions. They enjoyed exploring the surroundings and looking for squirrels. Lots of sister love that morning!

The Knight Family

I adore this family! They are so much fun to photograph, maybe its because we have been friends for a while or maybe its just the simple fact of how much they love one and other. Ian and Peyton let the kids be themselves, Eve had a homemade lasso that had to be in every picture and Eli didn't put down the football once.  It made the session fun, and I think the pictures came out perfect. It is where their kids are at right now in real life, no fake smiles for the camera or awkward poses just the kids being kids. We had a fun time together!

Quorra

Little girls are so much fun for me to photograph, probably because I have 100% boy in my face most of the time. Quorra is a princess with two big older brothers to protect her and her daddy wrapped around her finger. I mean who could ever say no to those beautiful blue eyes? She is full of personality, always smiling (unless she runs out of cake) and has the cutest scoot to get to where she is going.
We celebrated her birthday with confeti, outfit changes and homemade cake. Such a beautiful little girl.
Happy Birthday Miss. Quorra!

The Stevens Family

One thing I just love about this job is the clients. The Stevens Family was so much fun to work with. Haley is about to turn one and she is just a doll, it was so sweet to see her interact with her parents and her beloved toys they brought. We got to end the session with a birthday cake and she did not hesitate to get her hands dirty! I am pretty sure she was up for the rest of the day with that sugar rush. Enjoy the pictures of this sweet family!

The Edlin Girls

It was so much fun to see these two beauties. I have known their mom, Britt all my life, actually she was my baby sitter growing up. Emma is 4 and is full of personality and life, she goes full speed and just has so much to share. She showed me all around her favorite spots like the fairy garden, the stone lion and her playground.  Emma showed off her dance moves (while Maddie clapped) and was so sweet with her sister. Maddie just turned one and is getting the hang of walking. She has the biggest,  prettiest brown eyes with lashes that go on forever. She was happy just watching her big sister, and she loves her swing. Britt and Don are going to be in trouble with these beautiful girls!
It was such a fun morning with this sweet family.

The Butler Family

The Butler family knows how to take a picture, they were naturals! Made my job so easy. Mia just turned 1 and is such a sweet,  happy girl who is surrounded by love. I really enjoyed seeing the three of them interact, you can tell they truly love spending time together. Here are a few of my favorites from the session.
